  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Providing an unboxing video and photos is mandatory

To initiate a return:

  • Upload reason and images/videos

  • Request via WhatsApp or Email
  • Share order details and proof
After Request:
  • Reviewed within 24–48 hours
  • Pickup arranged at no extra cost (Free Return Shipping)
6. Refund Policy
  • Processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund to original payment method
  • COD orders refunded via bank transfer
  • No restocking fees will be charged

  • Making, certification & delivery charges may be non-refundable
  • Value may change as per market rates
